if it only worked

I needed to send a 20 pages fax for legal purposes. I downloaded the app and tried to send it. € 5.98 were quickly taken, the pages were uploaded, but no fax was delivered. I tried several times and then asked for help. They kindly answered encouraging me to try again (with no further payment) or apply for a refund. Actually they weren’t able to send the fax nor to explain the reason of the failing!!
After a number of attempts I surrendered and went for a service with a good old fax machine…
I also tried to obtain a refund from itunes, but till now had no result.
The app looks fine and the service seems responsive, but if one can’t get the work done all reduces to a little steal, leaving aside the wast of time.
