Fax Fail

Have used this app for 2 years. Always worked great. I am an infrequent faxer, so this app is very convenient when needing to fax. I dont mind paying per fax, especially if it means saving me time. My last fax however was a big fail. I kept getting error message “Fax Failed. Fax sending failed. Reason: Your fax failed to send but you can resend for free!” I verified the recipient fax number (it was a good working fax number) and tried to resend many times. The fax never went through and I got the same error message each time. Given that my fax was time sensitive, I left my house to find a fax machine at a mailbox store. I emailed support via the support email within the desktop app. The iFax people use zendesk to manage support, so my email should not be ignored or overlooked. I received confirmation that my support email was received, but no response. I have requested they credit my account back the credits I used. I don’t think I will use this app again, waste of time and money and no support.
