A piece of crap

The reason I am a Mac user is that the products are, in general, dependable. I wish I can say the same for this product. It is very quick to charge but as for what it proports to do, it is a dismal failure. No faxes, either from or to my clients, and the support is laughable at best. Apple should implement a refund policy for crappy developers and then maybe, maybe, some would take pride in their work.
