iFax will not send fax but still takes my credits

I’ve used iFax spradically for a year with little problem, however, things have changed. Today, iFax has crashed 3 times requiring me to Force Quit the application each time. Each attempt, although unsuccessful, cost me 20 credits for each failed fax attempt. More importantly, the document I attempted to fax needed to be sent expeditiously, due to the iFax crashes the fax was not sent on time.
I can not determine how to contact iFax, but I would like to recover my 60 credits and find out the cause of the failures, that were not due to internet connectivity.
