This App is a Scam

This app is terrible - and the customer service is even worse. They charged me $2.99 to send a fax which didn’t send. After several emails with their "customer service team” over 3 days, the issue was still not resolved. It was clear they were copying and pasting from a script (in broken English) and not equipped or willing to actually fix the problem. (There’s no phone number to call either.) They told me I should pay again. For a service that didn’t work? I don’t think so. Don’t waste your money, this is a scam.
