Works for Me

I’m surprised that among the 5 star ratings here there are 1 star ratings claiming the product doesn’t work. This app has been around for years now and has improved over time. Even in the older versions, I have never had an issue with a fax not being sent. The company that makes it is a foreign company, and I have not had much luck with customer support. However, that said, the app has always sent faxes for me over the years and has been getting better and better, allowing most problems to be taken care of from within the app. I have been able to reset the password when needed, access all the information I have needed. But most importantly, I have never once sent a fax that didn’t send. I am likely to think customers that complain of this have had problems with faxing in general. People get faxes that someone throws away or don’t make it to the intended recipient. This would not be a problem with iFax, but merely that faxing things to disorganized people occasionally doesn’t result in the fax being where it was supposed to go. I have had a multiyear fight with the US government over issues pertaining to my military separation. I have sent many, many faxes to many US federal government organizations, congressmen, etc, all using iFax. never once has anyone said “we didn’t get the fax.” This product is reliable and it works. Really, those who say this app doesn’t work are probably just sending things to bad fax numbers or faxing things to pot heads that throw the fax away and forget that they got it.

It’s a good, reliable app. The best faxing app on the app store in my opinion.
