Unreliable

I use it three or four times a year and havent’ had a problem until now, Jan 2017, can’t buy credits, the app just hangs, upgraded and now the credit page doesn’t make sense, the options on the credit page have nothing to do with buying credits as far as I can make of it and you click on an “makes no sense” option nothing happens.
I need a fax sent tonight and iFax was not reliable, tried Help and got "Help isn’t available for iFax”, had to find another fax App,
