This application have stolen my money. Twice. Only what I get for my money - a message your fax is more than 20 Mb. Dear developer, maybe you have to check the size of fax before you get the payment. However, burn in hell.

Very nice and useful app. you have to pay for every sending message, but it is designed well.

I paid money to send an urgent fax but all I received is just a message: We’re currently updating our servers. Please try again in 30 minutes 30 mins passed long time ago. The developers are cheaters

I tried to send three virtual faxes to three different numbers (working) and none of the were successyuflly sent. Nevertheless I was charged three times 0.89€. Really disappointing.

Rates for sending faxes are quite high. It does not allow to define your cover page nor edit the existing ones. The size for the text on the cover page is too short. The cover page is almost useless in this way.

I needed to send a 20 pages fax for legal purposes. I downloaded the app and tried to send it. € 5.98 were quickly taken, the pages were uploaded, but no fax was delivered. I tried several times and then asked for help. They kindly answered encouraging me to try again (with no further payment) or apply for a refund. Actually they weren’t able to send the fax nor to explain the reason of the failing!! After a number of attempts I surrendered and went for a service with a good old fax machine… I also tried to obtain a refund from itunes, but till now had no result. The app looks fine and the service seems responsive, but if one can’t get the work done all reduces to a little steal, leaving aside the wast of time.

As landlines are becoming less and less necessary, iFax is the perfect solution for the times you just need to send a fax! Very easy to use, has never failed, keeps a record of all your faxes and the list of assets goes on and on! I LOVE it! Yes, totally amazing! Wouldn’t be without it!

I uses faxes less and less - but every once in a while I need one. iFax fills the bill in a couple of ways. First, you don’t need a separate device - either your separate fax or hassling with connecting your printer to a phone line. Second, it is inexpensive. I have used it from inside and outside the US with no problems. And when the fax is done you get a confirmation and you also have a record of your faxes. As I said, simple and useful.

Do not download this app - it works “iffy” at best and their customer service is difficult to find and engage with on problems such as getting a fax number, payment, stopping service. Nice idea - but a bad product.

Needed to fax something fast and this app filled the bill. Easy to use and a good value.

The reason I am a Mac user is that the products are, in general, dependable. I wish I can say the same for this product. It is very quick to charge but as for what it proports to do, it is a dismal failure. No faxes, either from or to my clients, and the support is laughable at best. Apple should implement a refund policy for crappy developers and then maybe, maybe, some would take pride in their work.
